Our VISION is:

A world in which love is combined with power to ensure that every person is respected and all life is honored as sacred. To this end we see circles within circles of women mentoring adolescent girls, and older teens mentoring and inspiring younger girls—building that world, girl by girl.

Our MISSION is to:

• Empower girls to know they matter so they can trust and act on their deepest knowing (their own guiding 'star'), and
• Foster connections between women and girls that provide opportunities for leadership, mentoring, education, support, personal growth and community service.

Our PURPOSE is to:

Provide programs (clubs, forums and mentoring groups) that help adolescent girls find their true selves. The programs create a space in which girls can feel valued, respected, listened to and supported in being themselves, finding thier own voice, and learning to trust themselves and make healthy choices. It is our intent that girls come out of the programs with an increased sense of self-worth, self-respect and self-trust.

Our VALUES are:

Connection, compassion, confidentiality, non-judgment, the dignity of every person, the value of being and presence, trust in the truth of one’s experience, respect for self and other

The way we do things and the way we relate to ourselves and each other is as important as whatever we do.
